Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of kronoi.com (the “Site”), operated by Kronoi (“Kronoi”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site and the waitlist

The Site presents the upcoming Kronoi product and lets you join a waitlist for early access. The product shown on the Site, including mockups, timelines, and feature descriptions, is illustrative and pre-release: features, availability, and pricing may change or may never ship.

Joining the waitlist does not create an account, guarantee access to the product, reserve a price, or form any purchase commitment, whether by you or by us. If and when the product launches, its use will be governed by separate terms presented at signup.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• submit email addresses you do not own or lack permission to submit;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by probing, overloading, or circumventing any of its protections;
• scrape, harvest, or copy the Site’s content for redistribution or model training without our written permission;
• use the Site for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it, including the Kronoi name, logo, design, text, graphics, and product mockups, belong to Kronoi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view the Site for personal and internal business evaluation. No other rights are granted.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites and profiles (for example, our social media pages). We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it (including product descriptions and launch plans) is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kronoi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
